Exporting Data
Sometimes you may want to export your data from Siglos Karaoke Professional database. There are several areas that allow you to do this.
Export songs
To export songs from the database, go to Song Database and click the Export button. You will be presented with the Export Song Database window.
Songs can be exported to CSV and XML files. You may choose to export all songs in the database, those currently displayed in the Song Database list, or songs selected on the list.
Export singer and song history
To export history of the singers and songs, go to Add Singer and click the Export History button.
The Export History window gives you control over what data will be exported. You may filter the entries to export using the following search modes:
- All searches for text in both Singer and Song fields
- Singer Name searches in singers
- Song Name and Artist Name searches in songs
You may choose to list only one performance by a song/singer combination.
Songs can be exported to CSV and XML files. Using Fields, you may choose which fields will be exported.
Export Singers
To export singers, go to Add Singer, click Edit singers and choose Export from there. Only the singers currently displayed in the Singers window will be exported. They will be exported in the same order as they are displayed.
Singers can be exported to CSV, XML, and JSON files. You may choose which fields to include in the exported file.
